SubV(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 수집하는 정보의 종류, 이용 목적, 보관 기간 및 이용자의 권리를 안내합니다.
제1조 (수집하는 정보)

서비스는 비밀번호를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 인증은 Patreon 또는 Google Play를 통해 이루어집니다.

1-3. VTuber 음성 특징 데이터
- 서비스는 VTuber 라이브 방송의 공개 방송 음성에서 화자 식별을 위한 음성 임베딩(voice embedding)을 생성합니다. 이용자의 음성은 수집하지 않습니다.
- 음성 임베딩은 256개의 숫자로 구성된 수학적 벡터이며, 원본 음성을 복원하거나 재생할 수 없습니다. 생체 인식 데이터에 해당하지 않습니다.
- 원본 음성 데이터(오디오 파일)는 저장하지 않습니다. 실시간 처리 후 즉시 폐기됩니다.
- 임베딩은 오직 방송 중 화자를 구분하여 자막에 표시하는 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
1-4. 수집하지 않는 정보
- 방송 영상 또는 음성 원본 (저장하지 않음)
- 이용자의 기기 위치 정보
- 이용자의 연락처, 사진, 파일
- 쿠키를 통한 행동 추적 (서비스는 광고 쿠키를 사용하지 않음)
제2조 (개인정보의 이용 목적)
- 구독 인증 및 서비스 접근 권한 관리
- 실시간 자막 번역 제공
- VOD(다시보기) 자막 제공
- 화자 식별을 통한 자막 품질 향상
- 서비스 장애 대응 및 품질 개선
제3조 (제3자 제공 및 위탁)
서비스는 다음의 제3자 서비스를 이용하며, 각 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다:

서비스는 위 목적 외에 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
3-2. 국외 이전
서비스의 특성상 다음의 정보가 해외 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다:
- Anthropic (미국): 인식된 텍스트가 AI 번역을 위해 전송됩니다.
- RunPod (미국): 음성이 GPU 서버에서 실시간 처리됩니다. 처리 후 즉시 폐기됩니다.
- Cloudflare (미국): 웹사이트 접속 시 CDN을 통해 서비스됩니다.
제4조 (보관 기간 및 파기)
- 인증 토큰: 발행 후 24시간 자동 만료
- 번역 자막 로그: 90일 후 자동 삭제
- 구독 정보: 구독 해지 시 즉시 삭제 (결제 플랫폼 기록은 해당 플랫폼 정책에 따름)
- VTuber 음성 임베딩: 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관 (화자 식별 정확도 유지 목적)
- 보관 기간이 만료되거나 처리 목적이 달성된 정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다.
제5조 (이용자의 권리)
- 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 구독 해지는 Patreon 또는 Google Play에서 직접 가능합니다.
- 개인정보 관련 요청은 이메일([email protected])로 접수하며, 10일 이내에 처리합니다.
제6조 (보안 조치)
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS/TLS로 암호화됩니다.
- 인증 토큰은 업계 표준 JWT 방식으로 서명되며, 서버 측에서 검증됩니다.
- 음성 데이터는 실시간 처리 후 저장하지 않으며, 처리 서버(GPU)는 작업 종료 후 자동 해제됩니다.
- 관리자 접근은 별도의 API 키로 보호됩니다.
제7조 (아동의 개인정보)
서비스는 만 14세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만의 이용이 확인될 경우 해당 정보를 즉시 삭제합니다.
제8조 (방침 변경)
본 방침이 변경되는 경우, 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일을 통해 사전에 안내합니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 최소 7일 전에 공지합니다.

SubV ("the Service") values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. This policy describes the types of information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect

We do not collect or store passwords directly. Authentication is handled through Patreon or Google Play.

1-3. VTuber Voice Feature Data
- The Service generates voice embeddings from publicly available VTuber live stream audio for speaker identification. User voices are not collected.
- Voice embeddings are mathematical vectors consisting of 256 numbers. They cannot be used to reconstruct or reproduce the original voice and do not constitute biometric data.
- Raw audio data is never stored. It is discarded immediately after real-time processing.
- Embeddings are used solely to distinguish speakers during broadcasts and display speaker labels in subtitles.
1-4. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Original broadcast video or audio (not stored)
- User device location
- User contacts, photos, or files
- Behavioral tracking via cookies (we do not use advertising cookies)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Subscription verification and access management
- Real-time subtitle translation delivery
- VOD (replay) subtitle access
- Speaker identification for improved subtitle quality
- Service maintenance and quality improvement
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

3-2. International Data Transfers
Due to the nature of the Service, the following data may be processed on servers located outside of Korea:
- Anthropic (United States): Recognized text is transmitted for AI translation.
- RunPod (United States): Audio is processed in real time on GPU servers and discarded immediately after processing.
- Cloudflare (United States): Website is served through CDN.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- Authentication tokens: Automatically expire 24 hours after issuance
- Translation subtitle logs: Automatically deleted after 90 days
- Subscription data: Deleted upon cancellation (payment platform records are governed by their respective policies)
- VTuber voice embeddings: Retained for the duration of service operation (to maintain speaker identification accuracy)
- Data whose retention period has expired or whose processing purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay.
5. Your Rights
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
- Subscriptions can be canceled directly through Patreon or Google Play.
- Privacy-related requests can be submitted via email ([email protected]) and will be processed within 10 days.
6. Security Measures
- All communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Authentication tokens are signed using industry-standard JWT and verified server-side.
- Audio data is not stored after real-time processing, and GPU processing servers are automatically terminated after tasks complete.
- Administrative access is protected by separate API keys.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 14 has used the Service, we will promptly delete their information.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, we will notify users through in-service notices or email. Significant changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance.
